About Me

Currently, I am a Masters student of Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ropar, India. Previously, I did Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, India. My past experiences include internships at the Queen Mary University of London, the IISER Thiruvananthapuram and the IIT Hyderabad. Presently, I am engaged as a project collaborator along with the University College London and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, United Kingdom.

I am interetsed in Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning and their wider applications. I am currently looking for opportunities in these areas, both in the industry and in the research & development sectors, and I am always open for collaborations. Data Science

I have worked with basic data analytical techniques that are needed during the pre-processing and visualizations.
I have also worked on methods to establish the degree of similarities between the datasets and balancing the datasets.
I am also well versed with tools like Tableau and other libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn and Plotly that are needed for visualizations and provide essential insights in the data.

Machine Learning

I have fundamental and mathematical understanding of the basic machine learning algorithms.
I have implemented many of these in my previous projects.
I am also well versed with Python and other tools including Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab that are essential for machine learning.

Deep Learning

I have basic understanding and knowledge about the deep learning and the neural networks.
I have developed and implemented basic AI models, including deep learning and neural networks.
I have worked with CNNs, RNNs and LSTMs in the past engagements. I primarily use Tensorflow, Keras and somewhat Pytorch for most of my implementations.

Federated learning

I have gained sound understanding of the fundamentals of the Federated Learning.
I have worked with frameworks like Flower the past and have some experience in them.

Computer Vision

I have fair understanding of the Vision systems and the fundamentals of these.
I have worked with GradCAMs, CNNs, Object Detection etc. in the past.

I poses a sound undertanding of the fundamental data structures and algorithms.
I am also well versed in working with basic tools including Git, Linux, SQL etc.
